When you make your first purchase, you will be required to register. The registration process consists of entering your email address and the creation of a password. We do not accept check or money order payments. If you are not satisfied with an item from Koolgiftz, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for credit. It must be in resalable condition. Please send and email request for return authorization and specify the reason. Please do not return an item until you receive confirmation from us. Certain items are be subject to 20% restocking charge. Shipping to Canada is available. Any damaged or missing items must be reported as soon as possible. If a defective shipment originated from our warehouse we will replace and reship damaged or missing products after the defective products have been returned to us. Please contact us via email for return authorization. If products are damaged or missing due to freight mishandling it will be necessary for you to file a reimbursement claim with the freight carrier. We use United Parcel Service for all shipments. Please do not discard or damage any boxes and packing materials. These will be necessary to prove your claim with the carrier. Shipments to New York State residents will be charged New York State sales tax of 8.625%. Safeguarding your privacy is of great importance at Koolgiftz. Any personal information needed to process your order will not be sold or shared. Standard orders are shipped via United Parcel Service ground transportation from our warehouse. Orders typically arrive at their destinations within 5 - 10 business days. We also provide express shipping via DHL. Canadian shipping is via UPS and shipping fees must be paid upon receipt of goods.
